The Villa

The grand stone house raises up from the vines and cypresses, its pool is panoramic, it colorful fabrics and its canopy beds will transport you to a picturesque atmosphere between Tuscany and Umbria. Only 5 km from Lake Trasimeno, enjoy with your family and friends the immense spaces that Villa A Chiaraluna offers. Composed of 7 rooms divided in 3 floors, with independent bathrooms and air conditioning, the Villa can accommodate up to 18 people (7 double beds and 4 single size sofa beds. On the ground floor we offer a kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. In autumn, discover the pleasure of sitting next to a roaring fireplace on a veranda overlooking the lake. Also at only 50m distance from the Villa, we have an independent hall with kitchen, living room and fireplace and a table for 18 people.
And if you prefer not to cook during your relaxing vacation, then why not take advantage of our on site chef?

Castiglione dal Lago is a town situated on the western shore of Lake Trasimeno, it’s a lovely place to visit. A medieval town dating back to the 6th century B.C,it’s well preserved and the center is intact. It is a cosy town with a pedestrian area full of restaurants and shops.

Paciano

11 Km



A picturesque village, a real gem of Umbria. An oasis of peace in the countryside close to Tuscany, Lake Trasimeno and the highway A1. It is easily reachable from Rome, Florence and the rest of Italy. The city has many shops, restaurants and bars.



Cortona

17 Km



The city is home to some of the most famous renaissance architects like Francesco di Giorgio Martini and Cristofanello; as well as artists of the Sienese school of painting such as il Beato Angelico. It is situated at an elevation 600m in the southeast of Tuscany.

Montepulciano

21 Km



Located on the top of a hill, Montepulciano is a small medieval town of rare beauty. A unique village with elegant Renaissance buildings, ancient churches, magnificent squares and hidden treasures. From here you can also appreciate the spectacular panorama of Val d’Orcia and of Val di Chiana.
